The hunt is on in Texas for a man suspected of stabbing his wife to death after an argument, reports said Wednesday.
Police officers responded to a home in Harris County on a weapons disturbance call around 11:30 Tuesday night, reported ABC 13 Houston. They found the woman, aged between 20 and 22, unresponsive in the entryway.
The 27-year-old suspect, who is the victim’s husband, fled on foot. Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez told the public to look out for a 5-foot-tall Hispanic man weighing 150 pounds. He was wearing a black floral shirt and green camouflage pants.
“There’s been a search for this individual with negative results,” Sgt. Greg Pinkins said.
There were six other adults and one 7-year-old child in the home at the time of the stabbing. It is unclear what the couple was arguing over.
