Royal news: Fans delighted at new pictures of Zara Tindall and daughter Mia | Royal | News

Zara Tindall was spotted wearing a mid-length maroon coat for the occasion, while eight-year-old Mia opted for a spotty black dress. Royal watchers on Twitter praised the mother-daughter-duo for their appearance, with many commenting on how grown up Mia looks now.

One Twitter user, Debbie Bourne, questioned: “Where has the time gone? She’s beautiful!”

Another, nicknamed “loveofcambridge” added: “Mia looks like a different girl now. So cute as always.”

Maria Clara added: “Oh my god, when did this happen?!

“It seems just like yesterday she was a baby!”

Gigi Hartwig said: “Mia has become a lovely young lady”, while Cheryl added: “Mia looks beautiful. So lovely to see this mother and daughter out.”

Mia, who is 22nd in line to the throne, is Mike and Zara’s oldest child.

The couple has two other children, Lena, three, and Lucas, who is just 10 months old.

Twitter users also noted the similarities between the eight-year-old and her father, Mike Tindall.

Former England rugby player Mike Tindall was not pictured at the Cheltenham event.

But this weekend the dad-of-three was spotted with his daughter at a charity rugby game in Gloucester.

Mia was pictured smiling as she watched her dad play for the Rugby For Heroes team against Gloucester City Legends.

The event raised money to support military veterans.

Pictures showed Mia being laughing while she was picked up by her dad, with another showing her playfully kicking the rugby player on the sidelines.

The 43-year-old retired from playing rugby in 2014 and now hosts podcast “The Good, the Bad, and the Rugby” alongside his former teammate James Haskell and TV presenter Alex Payne.
