Culinary critics took a bite out of President Biden after an unappetizing “Detroit-style” pizza was served aboard Air Force One on Thursday while Biden was returning from a campaign trip to Michigan.

“The Air Force One dinner tonight after the Michigan trip: Detroit-style pizza,” Bloomberg White House reporter Josh Wingrove posted on X following Biden’s swing-state appearance alongside auto union workers.

But the presidential version of the Motor City’s signature deep dish, rectangular pizza barely had any mozzarella cheese or tomato sauce — and Wingrove merely nibbled at the edges before snapping a picture of the display.

“Mom Joe Biden is trying to lose Michigan on purpose,” X user @umichvoter posted in response.

“Sesame seeds?” some questioned, referring to the charred crust. Another wag dubbed it “a Vesuvius style pizza,” referring to the Italian volcano that devastated the ancient Roman city of Pompeii.

Still others called the offering “disgraceful” and said the chef’s stomach-churning creation needed to be reworked just like the president’s failed legislative package from his first year in office: “Build Back Better pizza!”

The disastrous dinner was served after Biden, 81, touted his re-election endorsement by the United Auto Workers in Warren, Mich., about 15 miles north of Detroit.

A Bloomberg News/Morning Consult poll released Wednesday showed the Democratic incumbent behind GOP front-runner and former President Donald Trump by five points in Michigan, which the Republican lost in 2020 but won in 2016.

Trump, 77, also held single-digit leads over Biden in Arizona (47%-44%), Georgia (49%-41%), Nevada (48%-40%), Pennsylvania (48%-45%) and Wisconsin (49%-44%) — all states Biden won four years ago.

The Great Lakes State will be key to Biden’s victory, but his campaign has faced opposition from Michigan’s large Arab-American population, many of whom oppose his administration’s support of Israel in its war with Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

Protesters gathered outside the union event Thursday evening, shouting: “Genocide Joe: How many kids have you killed today?” and “F— Joe Biden!”

An “Abandon Biden” campaign also held a December event in Dearborn, Mich., that called on Muslim Americans to not vote for the president in the general election.

The Israel Defense Forces have killed roughly 9,000 Hamas terrorists — around a third of its fighting force, according to a US intelligence estimate.

IDF officials have said roughly two civilians have been killed for every Hamas jihadist in the heavily populated region, with the former often being used as “human shields” by the terror group.

Hamas terrorists killed more than 1,200 people during their Oct. 7 attack across southern Israel.

Another 240 victims were kidnapped and taken back to Gaza, where at least 130 still remain in captivity.

Biden’s Michigan schedule was kept under wraps by the White House, but press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre declined to say whether the decision was made to avoid confrontation with Arab-American residents in the state.

“The President has met with Americans with varying opinions about the conflict between Israel and Hamas,” Jean-Pierre said Thursday, adding that Biden was in “regular contact with Muslim and Arab American leaders in Michigan across the country.”

Biden administration officials will also visit the state later this month to “hear directly from community leaders on a range of issues that are important to them and their families, including the conflict of Israel and Gaza,” she told reporters.
